AGL participated in the "National event to promote Ecotourism"
This event took place in Vientiane between 26-29 July 2007,and included a seminar, an exhibition, a marathon and a food festival. AGL participated with a stand in the exhibition featuring AGL Home Insurance during the 4 day event at Don Chan Palace Hotel. On 28 July, 49 AGL staff, joined in the marathon, running from the That Luang grounds to the Don Chan Palace Hotel, a distance of 5 KM. |

Conf. on "Life Insurance to develop Bank insurance in Laos"
The conference between AGL , state-owned banks and the bank of Lao P.D.R. (BoL?) was held on 01 Aug 2007 at BoL ? office.AGL gave a presentation about Life Insurance and how to develop Bank insurance as a distribution channel to support Life Insurance that will be launched soon. |

Target group survey on the need of Life Endowment Insurance
On 14 July 2007, the AGL marketing, commercial and life project conducted a target group survey organized at Donchan Palace Hotel, Vientiane. 30 guests, who were regarded to be potential customers of life endowment, were invited to the conference to listen to a presentation and fill in a questionnaire. The survey found that the participants need life insurance as they perceive a good savings plan and life cover to be equally important. . The AGL life endowment products are also welcome as the participants plan to subscribe as soon as these products are launched. |

Renewed 30 year + AGL investment agreement
The signing ceremony AGL joint venture agreement between the government of Lao PDR and Assurances Générales de France International (AGF International) took place on 17 July 2007 at Committee of Planning and Investment (CPI) office.Agreement signed by:
